assesses an area: who are the buyers, where do they want to live, what type of accommodation do they want, and what is the budget. Once the location has been identified the criteria then drives the concept designs and product finishes.

Construction & Project Management

Director, Troy Price, personally project manages all of our developments. The initial site identification to concept design and delivery. All materials are sourced directly by Price & Partners to ensure the highest levels of quality, from tiles through to bathroom fittings, appliances to door furniture. The results of direct procurement are evident in the superior design, quality, attention to detail resulting in market leading value.

Queensland Property Market

Population growth is a key driver behind the performance of the Queensland property market.

The SEQ region is the state’s most populated and fastest-growing economic region. It is predicted to be home to more than 3.6 million people by 2026. These predictions for SEQ are far stronger than those projected for the Sydney and Melbourne Statistical Divisions, with many Southern city dwellers relocating to the area in search of improved lifestyle and the affordability that comes from lower median house prices.

Federal, state and local governments invest in major infrastructure to accommodate this growth. The South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Program (SEQIPP) is a commitment from the State Government to fund the necessary key infrastructure that will support these projections.

The SEQIPP is currently the largest infrastructure program in Australia.

Experience to deliver

Price & Partners was founded in 2001 by Troy Price. Troy has more than 20 years of experience in almost every aspect of the property development industry. Troy has   development over $250 million worth of projects across Brisbane and Greater Queensland.

Troy was born into the property development industry. He attended University and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, minoring in Marketing and majoring in Real Estate, his Father, Uncle and Grandfather were all respected property developers and business owners.


Troy’s Father has over 30 years’ experience, he developed over 10 substantial properties which attracted tenants of national and multinational firms. The likes of Commonwealth Bank, Westpac Bank, NAB, Australia Post, Jenny Craig, Windscreens O’Briens, AMP and the list goes on. With over 20 years of direct property development experience, Troy’s development leadership is well underpinned.

Troy is the third generation of property developers in his family, which began in 1945 with George Stanley John “Pat” Price, Troy's Grandfather.
